These are the workshops I currently offer for youth.
Standard rates listed below in CAD, taxes included.
A note on access:
I believe making good sex ed accessible.
My rates are created with the quality of my workshops, the depth of my expertise, and the cost of delivering workshops taken into account. That said, I recognize that these rates may still be a barrier for some groups.
Discounted rates may be available in certain cases, such as:
- Small groups (5 or less)
- Organizations with small operating budgets (under $70,000 / year)
- 2STLGBQIA+ specific groups
- Community organizations who work mainly with youth most impacted by systemic racism
- Underfunded youth organized events

Sex Education Workshop
For High School Aged Youth, Ages 13-21
In Person (Manitoba) or Virtual (via Zoom)
I work with your group of youth to co-create a live, one-of-a-kind sex education workshop where youth can get exactly what they want and need to know about sexuality and sexual health.
Once I introduce myself and work through how to create a safer learning space together, I moderate an anonymous Q&A discussion that includes a balance of peer education and current, evidence based, comprehensive sex education practices.
Teachers: This workshop meets or contributes to outcomes in most Health / Family Studies curricula related to human sexuality.
Bring me in at the beginning of your human sexuality unit to help you assess what to spend more or less time on in your lesson plan. Bring me in at the end of your human sexuality unit to help the youth better contextualize the lessons in their own lives, and answer questions that may be lingering. You could even bookend your unit with a visit from me so that you can get all of these benefits.
Community based Youth Workers / Other Service Providers*: I am happy to work with youth in all kinds of settings! Community programs, youth care facilities, camps, private homes, after school programs, homeschool clubs... you name it!
In addition to expert sex education fully customized to your group, each workshop includes:
- Customized digital resources
- Summary of questions and answers from the workshop
- Access to a custom follow up page / video to answer any remaining questions or topics unable to be covered in the session.
Consent
Sex Education Workshop
For High School Aged Youth, Ages 13-21

There are many elements of consent that are misunderstood, misrepresented in media, or just plain missed. We will explore healthy relationships and the ethics of consent.
If you are able to book 2 sessions, the second workshop will include making plans for youth led responses to sexual violence and promoting consent culture.
Teachers: This workshop meets or contributes to outcomes in most Health / Family Studies curricula related to human sexuality.
Community based Youth Workers / Other Service Providers*: I am happy to work with youth in all kinds of settings! Community programs, youth care facilities, camps, private homes, after school programs, homeschool clubs... you name it!

Sexting Safety
For High School Aged Youth, Ages 13-21
In Person (Manitoba) or Virtual (via Zoom)
Sexuality and technology can both be major aspects in people's lives. It's understandable then, that youth explore sex and their bodies with the help of technology and media.
In this session we will explore some strategies that contribute to safer online sexuality. We will talk about sexting, consent, porn and where to get help if someone crosses your digital boundaries.
Teachers: This workshop meets or contributes to outcomes in most Health / Family Studies curricula related to human sexuality.

Queer Sex Ed
For High School Aged Youth, Ages 13-21
In Person (Manitoba) or Virtual (via Zoom)
According to a recent study most of 399 participants reported learning almost nothing about pleasure and LGBTQ+ issues. This workshop creates conversations that very few youth are receiving but most students would benefit from. This is a GREAT option for GSA's (Gender and Sexuality Alliance), as well as general sex ed classes!
Teachers: This workshop meets or contributes to outcomes in most Health / Family Studies curricula related to human sexuality.
